ONGOING PROJECTS

BINH TRUNG DONG RESIDENTIAL AREA
5 hectares in area of Binh Trung Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, about 7 km to the city center and 5 km to Thu Thiem new urban area. This is one of the secondary projects of the master plan with 154 hectares covering two wards of District 2: Binh Trung Dong and Cat Lai.

Fideco is a founding shareholder with 30% stakes, VinaCapital holds 70% stake.

CAN GIO PREMIUM RESIDENTIAL AREA
32 hectares in area of Long Hoa commune, the center of Can Gio District, 50km to the city center, well-known for fresh air and biosphere conservation. Taking advantages of the geographical location and the climate, garden villas and commercial townhouses will be developed in accordance with public facilities for a modern and peaceful urban area.

TRANG BANG COMMERCIAL – SERVICE – RESIDENTIAL AREA
Project Area: 189 hectares
Status: The project is approved for detailed planning by the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province.

SAI GON MANG DEN PROJECT
Address: Mang Den village, Daklong commune, Konplong district, Kontum province.
The company is managing and operating Rose hotel with 10 rooms, Hoa Sim villa with 17 three-star standard rooms and restaurants. Addition is the ongoing project of 40 garden villas with 250 rooms.
Moreover, there are other ongoing projects such as commercial centers, high-density housing, zoo expansion, restoration of Pasy waterfall, planting tropical flowers, Jatropha trees for Biodiesel oil extraction, afforestation, construction of five-star hotel and 18-hole golf course.

TAN DUC COMPLEX OF INDUSTRIAL PARK AND RESIDENTIAL AREA – 1,200 hectares
Address: Tan Duc commune, Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan province
Binh Thuan People’s Committee approved of the project’s master plan constructing Tan Duc industrial park and residential area with 1,200 hectares as well as the Decision on land acquisition for the project.
